Running Essentials

It’s my first week of training for the Tinker Bell Half Marathon. This week I took out all my running essentials, bought some new gear, and packed my gym bag.

I recently got new shoes, my old ones had been through too many miles; two half marathons and many miles in training, so it was time for a new pair. If you haven’t tried running with Asics I 100% recommend you try them. They are very comfortable and light. I literally feel like I am flying off the ground when I run in them.

I love buying bra’s from Lululemon, they’re more expensive, but they not only have different color but also have many styles to choose from. They are very comfortable and they have good support, you just have to find the right ones for you.I’ve shared some bra’s from Target because they are less expensive and they also have a variety of colors and styles you can choose from.

Now that I star work later in the mornings I get to start my day off with a nice run around the neighborhood, but I still like to hit the gym and do some cross training after work.

Check out my running essentials and what I’ve packed in my gym bag this week!
