Stylish Sleep Masks for Daylight Saving Time

The first sign of spring, Daylight Saving Time, which kicked in Sunday, comes as a welcome relief to many. However, with temperatures relatively balmy across the U.S., the most immediate difference we’ll feel is the loss of one hour of precious sleep.

To ensure a deep sleep you can turn to precautionary measures: You could lull yourself into a state of relaxation by misting your pillows with a soothing lavender spray, or keeping a bedside bottle of melatonin at the ready, which I’ve done previously years, but to both literally and figuratively block the world out each evening, I’ve found that a sleep mask is the ultimate REM-inducing indulgence.
