Running Log Week 6

Free GA Class

Had to switch things up this week, ran on Monday instead of Tuesday, but the rest of the week stayed the same. I also ran a 14 miles on Saturday…14 MILES!!! This is officially the longest distance I have EVER run!

  • Mileage: 5 Mile Track Pyramid
  • Time: 56:32
  • Course: Treadmill, Gym
  • Feelings: This was definitely the hardest workout I’ve done!
  • Shoe: Mizuno


  • Mileage: 4.2 miles
  • Time: 42:29
  • Course: Palo Alto Neighborhood
  • Feelings: Another late night run, but not a bad one at all. Felt really good through the whole 4.2 mile course!
  • Shoe: Asics


  • Mileage: 14 miles
  • Time: 2:41:41
  • Course: Baylands and Palo Alto Neighborhood
  • Feelings: This was a really good run until my last two miles. To start, I ran the fastest 5K (yay!) and once I realized I was running fast I slowed down my pace because I had a lot more running to do. I then continued to keep my pace within 11-12…until mile 12. Miles 12 and 13 were both in the 12 min/mile range (ekkk), super slow miles but at least I can say that I did it all without stopping!

  • Feelings: I was super sore during the entire run. Need to do more stretching and get on the roller.
