Hope you all had a great Memorial Day weekend! I had a good week filled and a super busy weekend. I didn’t get a chance to fit in a long run this week which I’m not happy about…in fact this has made me pretty anxious. Instead I spent the weekend bonding with my new puppy, Teddy, getting all the puppy necessities and preparing the house for his arrival!
Since I didn’t get a long run in this weekend, I definitely need to get one in this week and start on some hiking now that I have my new boots!
Here’s how my running went last week:
Tuesday
- Mileage: 6 Miles
- Time: 1:03
- Course: Treadmill
- Feelings: I felt so good after this run! I worked on speed and did another pyramid training on the treadmill.
- Shoe: Asics
Thursday
- Mileage: 4 Miles
- Time: 43:20
- Course: Treadmill
- Feelings: Another treadmill run, but this one was really nice and easy. New shoes make a huge difference on how you feel during a run!
- Shoe: New Asics!
