  • Course: Palo Alto Neighborhood
  • Feelings: I took my dog on this run, which was not the best idea, slowed me down. I also realized it’s definitely time to invest in some reflective gear.

Tuesday

  • Mileage: 3.82 Miles
  • Time: 47:05
  • Course: Palo Alto Neighborhood
  • Feelings: Took Teddy on another run, told myself it would be a better run. FAIL. Ran farther, but at a worse pace.

Sunday

  • Mileage: 6.01 Miles
  • Time: 1:11:10
  • Course: Palo Alto Neighborhood
  • Feelings: I felt really good about this run, especially the first 3 miles. Time to do some more exploring through Palo Alto because I’m in need of a new and longer running route!IMG_0156.JPG

Weekly Miles: 12

This was by far not the week I hoped for – with two “not great” runs and one missed one. You know it was a bad week when I hardly even took photos for the Insta. Life happens, but I’m hoping for some better runs next week!
