83 Days until the Boston Marathon!
My body has been sore this past week, but all in a good way! I’m finally back at bootcamp and now I’m back in my running + strength training routine.
This past week I’ve also received some great Boston News.
1. I received my Marathon Confirmation of Acceptance, which means my entry into the 122nd Boston Marathon on Monday, April 16, 2018 has been accepted! Woohoo!
2. My friends and I have successfully signed up for the Boston 5K! The race is two days before the marathon, so I plan to take it easy, running and possibly some walking.
I’ve also made a new goal for the rest of the training: no more treadmill running! I’m tired, bored, and done, so I’m calling it quits with the treadmill and hitting the road for the rest of my training (weather permitting).
