BOSTON MARATHON: TRAINING WEEK 8

13

This week has been super busy, but in such an great way!

My first fundraiser was a success! I sold 228 tamales de cambray (made with mixed vegetables and shredded beef), for $2 each and I sold out within 24 hours! Thank you so much to everyone who purchased and supported my cause.

I had so many more requests come through after I sold out so…I’ve decided to make  more! I’ll be making cooking more in February (more details to come soon).

Last week I said I was no longer running on the treadmill, well that failed. I ran on the treadmill all week.  I was avoiding the rain. With the Flu going around I’m not taking any chances.
