Wohooooo! I’ve made it past week 10!
Not going to lie, when I checked my calendar last Monday I sighed in relief. My long run was only 10 miles, but next week I’ve got a much longer run 15 miles. Time to start mentally preparing for that!
I also missed two boot camp days. I’ve been having some rough time sleeping and I can’t get up at 4:45 AM to get to the workout at 5 AM. Hopefully I’ll get some rest this weekend and make it to ALL classes next week.
One last Boston update – a few weeks ago I shares that I had received my confirmation email for the #2018BostonMarathon. Well, Thursday I came home to this:

Tuesday – No Running, Bootcamp only

- Course: Palo Alto neighborhood
Friday – Day Off
Saturday – Gentle non-running cardio at the gym
Sunday
- Mileage: 10.01 Miles
- Time: 1:43:02
- Course: Palo Alto Neighborhood
- Feelings: I’m adding this in because this run felt AMAZING and was AMAZING! I also broke two personal records, my 5K and 10K times! This was 10 miles, 8 at marathon pace.
