This was a rough week. I got sick and missed all but one of my short runs. However, this might have been perfect timing because my right knee has been a bit sore and some rest this week has helped.
I didn’t feel 100% yet on Saturday, so I took Saturday off and pushed my long run to Sunday. This week’s long run was long, 16 miles is no joke, it was hard physically and mentally, but I made it!
