I did a terrible job of training this week. Didn’t get a chance to get ANY short runs in. Life, travel, and other things got in the way.
Goal for next week is to get back in my routine and try to make it through ALL the runs.
Here’s the only run I got done this week:
- Mileage: 10K (6.2 Miles)
- Time: 56:29 (new PR)
- Course: Scottsdale Giants 10K
I’ve got 6 weeks left before marathon Monday. No more excuses, time to buckle up and finish strong!
